Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services available at qwerusas.com/ (“Company Pages” or “Pages”). The Company Pages are operated by qwerusas.com (“the Company”). Your use of the Company Pages and these terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY, AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND ANY OTHER POLICY OR AGREEMENT REFERENCED IN THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY PAGES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY PAGES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION.

These Terms of Purchase constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms. You must purchase and use the products and services available on the Company Pages strictly in accordance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to your purchase, including all laws applicable in the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. PURCHASES

Order Handling

The Company may, at its discretion, choose not to process or may cancel your order. This may occur if the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock, incorrectly priced, if we suspect the order is fraudulent, or under other circumstances the Company deems appropriate. The Company also reserves the right to take steps, at its discretion, to verify your identity before processing your order. The Company will not charge you or will refund any fees for orders we do not process or that we cancel. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) withdraw any offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotions, product descriptions or specifications, or any other information, without obligation to provide notice of such changes (including after submission, confirmation, shipment, or receipt of an order, except where prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Pages. However, the Company does not warrant that descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Pages does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Terms of Purchase.

The Company Pages may offer a quick-view feature for various products. This feature allows you to view pricing information and add products to your cart without opening the product page. The quick-view feature and “Add to Cart” functionality are provided solely for your convenience. The product page contains more detailed information about a product, including its origin, features, and pricing.

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for products and services on the Company Pages. However, we cannot guarantee that pricing is completely accurate. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, not to process or to cancel an order for a product or service if the price was incorrectly listed due to an error. If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email. In addition, the Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at its discretion.

Product and Service Availability

The Company Pages may contain information regarding product availability. This information is used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped immediately after your order is placed. The estimated delivery date to your destination address is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment. This may vary due to out-of-stock items, severe weather, carrier transit times, destination address issues, and other circumstances. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that a product listed as “in stock” will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels may change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service may appear available when a customer places an order but become unavailable when the Company attempts to process the order. If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email. Out-of-stock service offers are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be removed from your order. The Company will notify you by email and remove the product from the Company Pages.

Special Disclaimers and Other Obligations

In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the website: (a) products and services purchased through the website may not include manufacturer warranties, even if the same product or service is available elsewhere with such warranties; (b) they may not include service or support options; (c) they may not include instructions, manuals, or safety information in your native language or certain destination languages; (d) they may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) they may not conform to voltage standards and other electrical requirements in your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility, and you agree herein, to research the product to ensure it meets your needs and can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the authorities of the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs duties.
