How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order:
Add items to your shopping cart.
You may choose to proceed through our website checkout process or through PayPal.
If you choose to continue through our website checkout process, click the green “Complete Order” button on the right side of the screen.
If you choose to continue through PayPal, click the PayPal button.
You will be redirected to our customer information page. You must complete the following details:

Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the “Apply” button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Click the “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Verify that the shipping address is correct (if different from the billing address). Once finished, click “Continue to Payment Method.”
You must enter your payment information. You may indicate that the shipping address and billing address are the same (if applicable).
After completing the form, click the “Complete Order” button. You will be redirected to an order summary page and will receive both an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email.

What Should I Do If Items Are Missing or Incorrect Products Were Delivered?
If items are missing or incorrect products were delivered, please contact us at service@qwerusals.com. Include your transaction number (order number) and provide proof (image files must be under 1 MB). We will send the correct item free of charge, and you will not need to return the incorrect item. You may keep it as a gift from us!
How Do I Know If My Order Was Placed Successfully?

Once you identify the item you want to remove, click the “Remove” link beneath the quantity displayed. The item will automatically be removed, and the page will refresh to display your updated cart.
How Do I Change the Quantity of a Specific Item in My Shopping Cart?
First, click the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart along with the selected quantities.
To change the quantity of an item, move your cursor to the “Quantity” field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once updated, the quantity and corresponding amount (if applicable) will automatically update, and the correct total will appear on the right side of the screen.

What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier service selected.
If, for reasons attributable to us, the received products are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay return shipping costs for this reason.
